Terms & Conditions

Our full day rentals (7 hours) run from 9:30am - 4:30pm.

We do take the full hire rate to confirm a booking. Of this fee, 50% is a non refundable deposit. The other 50% is fully refundable. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of planned bike hire then no refund will be payable.

Please bring a valid form of photo ID (driving license, passport) with you on the day and a credit or debit card for the £250 security deposit. This will be instantly refunded on safe return of the bikes.

Due to UK law, we are unable to rent an Ebike to anybody under the age of 14. Anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to sign their waIver and accompany them for the day.
